Devon artist Amy Cummins required a new website for her impressive portfolio of work. The site would need to showcase Amy’s range of existing artwork, whilst attracting potential clients to commission new artwork for them. Amy looked no further than Sound in Theory to design and create this website for her. Minimalism is a key feature of the HTML website’s design, to ensure Amy’s artwork remains the focus of the site rather than the web design. Amy’s impressive portfolio is the main page of this simple, elegant site, focusing this further. This portfolio is divided into easy-to-navigate sub-sections, to show Amy’s range of art styles at a glance and keep each portfolio streamlined. Each of these portfolio sections features a clean clickable Javascript gallery to show-off Amy’s range of artwork images crisply. The website is built with a custom-made content management system which ensures it is always quick and easy for Amy to update with new images and content.
